Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers immaculate rooms with beautiful views of the sea. The staff, especially Ritsa, provides exceptional service, making guests feel valued and well taken care of. The location is great, overlooking the blue sea and the amazing gardens of the hotel. The dining experience offers a wide variety with excellent choices, although some minor downsides exist. Overall, a wonderful experience with a few hiccups.
The hotel offers the most gorgeous sunrise every single day, but the rooms need updating. It was a little disappointing for a 5-star resort, yet the minor issues like the shower above the bath didn't bother me much.
The hotel has its ups and downs. The rooms need renovation, especially after a very delayed check-in due to a room not being ready, which I would recommend fixing. However, the service was amazing, especially from the receptionist at the spa who gave us the best travel tips and the barmen at the beach bar who offered a complimentary mixology class. The location on a promontory overlooking the sea and mountains is excellent, with private beaches and lovely gardens, but it can be hard to find fault with fab views. The dining experience was a bit overpriced for its value, and the old Kulinarium could use some improvement. Despite this, the hotel provides excellent facilities.
